Who We Are

We are a family-owned underground utilities company, formed by Steven S. Salsbury in January 2020. Steve has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. He began working for his father-in-law in 1984, and opened his first company, S&S Utilities Inc. in 1995. Steve has worked just about every role the industry has to offer, and created 3S Contracting, LLC to build a legacy for his two sons and generations to come.

3S Contracting, LLC is based in Quinlan, Texas and serves the Residential and Commercial construction markets in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
